Lithe Audio Bathroom
Blackmore, Essex

Full Renovation Details

Project Information

The original bathroom was dated in both layout and finish, with an enclosed feel and limited lighting. The space did not make the most of its potential and lacked the modern conveniences expected from a high-end bathroom. Our brief was to completely transform the room into a contemporary, luxury space with improved flow, lighting, and functionality.

We carried out a complete strip out and full redesign of the existing bathroom. The space was taken back to brick and rebuilt to create a sleek, modern luxury bathroom with premium finishes, smart technology, and long-term performance at the core of the design.

  • Complete re-plumb to suit the new layout

  • Full electrical rewire to support modern lighting and technology

  • Ceiling dropped and fully plastered to allow for a seamless full tile finish

  • Lithe Audio bathroom ceiling speakers for integrated sound

  • PIR-controlled LED feature lighting for soft ambient illumination

  • Recessed plaster-in ceiling spotlights for a clean, minimalist finish

  • HIB LED mirror with integrated illumination

  • Double wall mounted electric toothbrush charger for added convenience

  • Under tile heating for comfort underfoot

The space has been completely transformed into a refined, hotel style space that balances luxury and practicality. Clean lines, layered lighting, and premium fixtures create a timeless finish, while integrated technology and underfloor heating ensure the bathroom performs as beautifully as it looks.
